Amazon Adventure follows the 11 year journey of explorer Henry Bates. In the 1850s, Bates traveled the Brazilian Amazon and identified over 8,000 species new to science. His amazing work led to the discovery of mimicry, whereby certain animals adopt the look of others in order to survive.
