Sustain the Museum's Educational Mission
More than 70% of the Museum's annual operating expenses are funded through admissions, store purchases, and event rentals. Our current closure in the interest of the community’s safety is taking a financial toll.
During the closure our team has been working hard to provide families and teachers with resources for learning at home, including art and sensory play activities. We continue the preservation and protection of artifacts and will be offering opportunities to discover Texas history at home throughout our closure.
