  • B-Movies and Bad History: Join historians, authors, and film experts to watch clips from some of the best (and worst) Texas-centric movies and television shows. Hear behind-the-scenes stories and learn the facts and fiction portrayed on-screen.
  • High Noon Talks: Have fun while hearing a variety of different Texas stories—some purely historical, others more contemporary. This program is held on the first Wednesday of the month from 12-1 p.m.
  • New Perspectives Series: The Story of Texas is always changing. Discover the best new scholarship each year through lectures and conversations with authors and experts. Also learn about the latest artifacts on view in the Museum.
