Event Details

Commemorate Grandparent's Day at the Bullock Museum for Austin Museum Day! Bond through playing a variety of classic games together, and create your very own historic Cup and Ball game. Enjoy FREE admission for all three floors of Texas History and join drop-in activities designed with the whole family in mind from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Special family programs combine art creation, activity stations, and in-gallery discovery centers.

Join us for a screening of Encanto enhanced with special effects at 2 p.m. Tickets are $8 for Members and $12 for General Admission. Click here for more information and to buy tickets to Encanto.

Activities:

• 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - Join a family story time with Austin Public Library in the Museum classrooms
• 2 p.m. - Watch Encanto in the Texas Spirit Theater
• Play historic and classic games together in the second-floor lobby
• Decode a Gunter Rule with MathHappens
• Make a family postcard of a memorable family moment and get a stamp for the Austin Museum Crawl
