Celebrate the breadth and depth of Texas writing in this program highlighting authors, connections to museum exhibitions, and diverse writing traditions.

Texas is a cultural crossroads, seen no where more plainly than in its cooking traditions. Join us for a discussion of The Last Chinese Chef: A Novel by Nicole Mones.  Special guest Robin McArthur from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts will join the group to share information about the school's "Farm to Fork" program.

Following the discussion, join us as we tour the exhibition Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture. The tour is free for members or with the purchase of exhibition admission.
