To make Reservations:
Call our new teacher hotline at (512) 463-6712. You can also call our main Reservations number (512) 936-4649 or toll free at (866) 369-7108, Option 5.

Before calling, you will need the following information:

• School name, district, and grade level(s).
• Lead teacher's name, phone number, and email address.
• School address, phone number, and fax number.
• Preferred date and arrival time for visit.
• Alternate date(s) and arrival(s) in the event your first choice is not available.
• Education program selected and preferred times. Learn more about student on-site program options or available teacher resources.
• Number of students, number of teachers, number of chaperones
  (Remember: One adult per 10 students).
• Theater selections and preferred times. For Showtimes, click here. For information on theater scholarships, click here.
  (Remember: If we do not receive your $50 deposit 10 business days prior to your reservation, your theater reservations are subject to cancellation).
• Lunch plans. Click here for lunch options.
• Special needs: Please advise if anyone in the group has special challenges.
