Payment
The Museum accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We cannot accept personal checks for admission tickets. An ATM is conveniently located near the Museum's Grand Lobby and the ticketing areas.
How to Buy Tickets
There are three ways to buy tickets:
- Tickets are available at the Ticketing counter in the main lobby of the Museum.
- For advance ticket purchases, please call (512) 936-4649 in Austin,
or toll-free (866) 369-7108. Please note: tickets are available by phone to individuals as well as groups. There is no surcharge for this service. Tickets purchases are available by phone until showtime and will be waiting for you at our will-call line. Please schedule time to pick up your tickets; late seating is not allowed. - or purchase tickets in advance online
