The cafe offers a special lunch menu of sandwiches, gourmet salads, and burgers for the students and adults in your large group. By placing your group's order five business days prior to your Museum visit, you help guarantee your lunch will be served quick, fresh, and right on schedule.

Monday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday 12 - 5 pm
Group lunch orders from this menu must be placed in advance by submitting a Lunch Order Form with payment and a Tax-Exempt Form, if your group would like to claim tax exemption. Order must be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to your group's Museum visit.
General Guidelines and Policies
Reservations: To secure Cafe services, a completed order form must be submitted by email or by fax. The Cafe will confirm your order upon receipt. Your order cannot be considered complete until it has been sent to the Cafe and confirmation has been received. Reservations in the Cafe are subject to availability.
Guarantees: Any changes to your number of guests must be emailed or faxed to (512) 320-0468 no less than 72 hours in advance of your reservation date.
Cancellation: Cancellations may be made up to two (2) business days in advance of your reservation. The Client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation order, if a cancellation is received with less than one (1) business day or 24 hours advance notice.
Payment: Final payment will be due upon receipt of services. If the client is tax exempt, the Cafe is required by law to have a copy of the client's Texas State Tax Certificate on file prior to the event.
