Catering by Rosemary Austin

The in-house and preferred caterer of the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum is Catering by Rosemary, an industry leader with more than 40 years of experience. Specializing in large groups, Catering by Rosemary's expertise in food preparation and presentation will add just the right flavor to your event.

The use of another caterer is permitted only with prior approval from the Museum's Events Office. A fee of 12% of the total catering costs will be charged to the event holder for use of all outside caterers. Any alcohol service must come through Catering by Rosemary.

Freeman

Freeman (formerly known as AVW-TELAV) is the exclusive provider of audio visual equipment and services for Museum rental and special events. Freeman's full-time staff, combined with a dedicated inventory of state-of-the-art lighting, projection and computer equipment, enables them to provide a seamless flow of information and presentation technology. All event sound and video needs must be arranged by the event holder through our Freeman representative.
